RETURN POLICY

Any purchase will be gladly refunded or exchanged upon request within 30 days of purchase as long as the product has not been damaged.  All items are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.

How to Return an Item to Frog Hooks:

• Call our sales and customer service at 1-800-243-3764, or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of the invoice date to notify us of your return. If the return is a result of our error we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Please remember that returned items must be in their original condition for you to receive a refund. Please include the original invoice, packing slip, or order confirmation email.

Your refund will be processed within 3-4 days after the item has been received at our facility.

Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment.
