Refund Policy: Refunds are granted upon request but only accepted up to 30 days after payment is received as long as your product has not been severely damaged. Slight wear and tear are expected but the products still must be usable and intact. There is a standard restocking fee of 15% of the initial purchase for replacing and refurbishing. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer who is returning the product. Always make sure to ask your marina if they are allowed to be installed before purchasing Frog Hooks because sometimes marinas do not allow them.

Frequently Asked Questions: How do I know what size I need? Figuring out what size you need is actually easier than you think! All you have to do is use a measuring tape and measure the distance between the transom towing rings on the back of your boat to the dock. Always make sure to take your measurement when the engine is raised. Are all the parts galvanized? Yes, all of our parts come with standard galvanization at no extra charge. Will my marina allow them? It is important to check with your marina before making a purchase because sometimes they are not permitted for use. How long do they last? All of our models last a very long time because of their anti-rusting capabilities. After a couple of years, some of our customers like to replace their treads or key sets at a low cost, which may have worn out over the years. The platforms and brackets rarely need replacement and will last as long as you keep your boat! Do you offer replacement parts? Yes, we offer many options for replacement parts which can be found on our parts page. We suggest replacing your treads every couple of years to maintain superior safety. What payment options do we accept? Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. We also accept Venmo, Cash and are open to other options upon request.
